- Code refactoring to prepare for changes to difficulty scaling
- Improved the booster particles for the speedster enemy
- Added placeholder Background

- Increased player speed 250 -> 275
- Increased player heat gain per shot 3.0 -> 4.0
- Increased speedster spawndelay 2.0s -> 2.5s
- Decreased multiplier for Add Enemy Spawner 0.3 -> 0.2
- Decreased multiplier for Add Special Enemy Spawner 0.5 -> 0.4
- Increased spawntime reduction for Enemies 0.1s -> 0.2s (multiplier unchanged 0.1)
- Increased spawntime reduction for Special Enemies 0.1s -> 0.25s (multiplier unchanged 0.2)
- Decreased zigzag enemy scorevalue 250 -> 150

- Slowed down lives animation cycle
- Fixed a bug where zigzag enemies that spawn on the edges of the screen while facing into the screen would bounce out of the screen and steal a life
